Potted Potter may in no way resemble the iconic wizarding world of Harry Potter that we know and love, but in their dedication to filling the world with joy they find common ground.

The 2018/19 Mirvish season will feature six Canadian premieres, one North American premiere, one pre-Broadway engagement and five new productions. A total of 16 shows will play at Mirvish theatres from June 2018 to July 2019. The main subscription season will feature seven shows and the Off-Mirvish season three shows. There will be six bonus shows that will not be on subscription.

Winner of the 2015 Olivier Award for Best New Musical, Sunny Afternoon is an irresistible musical with slick theatricality and ingenious storytelling at its heart. It tells the captivating tale of how one of Britain's greatest bands, The Kinks, rose to stardom.

???????The King's is warming up for a spell of brighter weather next week as the hit musical based on the true story of The Kinks arrives for a five night run at the venue.  Produced by Sonia Friedman Productions and Ambassador Theatre Group, the show, which received four awards at the 2015 Olivier Awards including Best New Musical and Outstanding Achievement in Music for Ray Davies, opened at the Manchester Opera House on Friday 19 August 2016 before rocking out on a national tour.

Potted Panto, the spectacularly funny Olivier-nominated show, that crams seven pantomimes into just 80 minutes, is to return to the West End for a fourth festive season of silliness.

The Olivier Award winning musical Sunny Afternoon swung into Birmingham's New Alexandra Theatre with a burst of sixties excess, rockstar brawls and real rock 'n' roll.  Based on the true story of The Kinks, their early days as a struggling rock band, their huge success and the tumultuous story of their front man, Ray Davies, Sunny Afternoon is a jukebox musical with real grit and heart. The story zips along at a healthy pace, with snapshots and vignettes of the band's life deftly strung together with songs from their back catalogue. The musical opens with one of The Kinks' very first gigs - a hilarious debacle where the London boys rock up at a very conservative Home Counties dance - and progresses to show their first number one 'You Really Got Me', on-stage fights, a tour of America which results in their eventual ban from the country, contractual difficulties, and a their enduring triumphs with songs such as 'Sunny Afternoon' and 'Waterloo Sunset.'

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust presents the hit off-Broadway show Potted Potter - The Unauthorized Harry Experience-A Parody by Dan and Jeff, at the Byham Theater in Pittsburgh, PA from tonight, November 20-24, 2013.

Jeff loves Harry Potter and wants to provide an entertaining, yet accurate, recap of all seven of the novels. Dan, who is moderately aware that Harry Potter exists at best, just wants to have fun and play Quidditch. As the two bumble their way through the seven books, storytelling through puppetry, audience participation, and outrageous 1970s song, hijinks ensue and lots of trouble is made.

The hit off-Broadway show Potted Potter: The Unauthorized Harry Experience - A Parody by Dan and Jeff comes to Boston for a limited, three week engagement, playing today, September 17 through October 6 at The Paramount Center Mainstage (559 Washington St.). The Boston engagement follows a run at off-Broadway's Little Shubert Theatre, and a hugely successful North American tour. The press opening is set for tonight, September 17 at 7:30 pm.

For a strictly limited Christmas holiday run, Dan and Jeff bring the Olivier-nominated Potted Panto back to the Vaudeville this December for its third West End season. The show sees the creators of sell-out, international touring phenomenon Potted Potter cram all the classic pantos into one incredible show - that's seven pantomimes in just eighty minutes!
