The Hollywood Reporter writes that ABC Family's THE FOSTERS is getting a five-part original web series, titled THE FOSTERS: GIRLS UNITED, centering on the residents of the Girls United group home. All five episodes, each three to five minutes long, will go live on Monday, February 3 at 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET.

O'Donnell will play Rita Hendricks, a tough yet compassionate woman who works in the foster care system and becomes a mentor to a member of the Foster family.
