Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. On January 12th, much of the original cast of the Broadway musical FOOTLOOSE will reunite in concert at Feinstein's/54 Below.

Based on the smash hit 2003 film of the same title, School of Rock: THE MUSICAL, with music from the movie, as well as an original score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyricist Glenn Slater, a book byJulian Fellowes and direction by Laurence Connor, made its World Premiere on Broadway last night, December 6, at the Winter Garden Theatre. Returning for its 17th season, Lincoln Center's acclaimed series American Songbook will continue to broaden its scope in celebrating the best in American singing and songwriting as interpreted by top performers and rising stars, with events at three Lincoln Center venues.

The Broadway at Birdland concert series was proud to present 'Show Biz After Hours With Frank DiLella,' a new talk/variety show hosted by the popular NY1 theater journalist. The first 'episode' took place on Monday, October 26, and Frank's guests included Laura Osnes and Corey Cott (the stars of THE BANDSTAND at Paper Mill Playhouse), original JERSEY BOY Daniel Reichard, Ali Stroker (one of the stars of SPRING AWAKENING) and the Tony nominated star of LEGALLY BLONDE, Orfeh. Based on the 1984 film, Footloose received four Tony Award nominations during its almost two year run in Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre. The score, featuring songs written by Tom Snow and Dean Pitchford, are sure to remind you that "there IS a time to dance". Irina Shayk and Sutton Foster teamed up with a few adoptable furry friends to host the ASPCA's annual Young Friends Benefit last night at the IAC building in New York City.  The Young Friends Benefit is a cornerstone of the ASPCA's fundraising efforts to directly impact the lives of homeless, abused and neglected animals across the country.

Robert Peterpaul Productions announced that it will present a 'Musical Theatre Master Class with Orfeh' today, September 16th, from 7PM to 9PM in New York City. The event will aim to assist aspiring musical theatre performers in honing their craft.
