FORREST GUMP Celebrates 20th Anniversary With Exclusive One-Week IMAX Release Today

Imax Corporation (NYSE: IMAX; TSX: IMX), Paramount Pictures, a division of Viacom, Inc. (VIAB), and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment today announced that Robert Zemeckis' Academy Award Best Picture-winning Forrest Gump will get an exclusive one-week Imax re-release, coinciding with the 20 th anniversary of the film's original theatrical release in 1994. The film will be digitally re-mastered for the immersive Imax format and released domestically by Paramount Pictures in Imax theatres starting today, September 5.

Eros International Plc and Viacom18 Motion Pictures Announce International Distribution Agreement

Eros International Plc ('Eros'), a leading global film company in the India film entertainment industry and Viacom18 Motion Pictures, a division of Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd, a joint venture operation in India between Viacom Inc. and the Network18 Group, announced today an international distribution agreement. The deal includes four-films: Mary Kom- directed by Omung Kumar and starring Priyanka Chopra; Gabbar- directed by Krish starring Akshay Kumar & Shruti Hassan; Golu Pappu- directed by Kabir Sadanand and starring Dimple Kapadia, Vir Das and Kunal Roy Kapoor; and Santa Banta- directed by Akashdeep Sabir and starring Boman Irani and Vir Das.

Nickelodeon to Premiere New Action Series HENRY DANGER Next Month

An ordinary 13-year-old kid's life takes a wild turn when he lands the dream job as the sidekick-in-training to a superhero in Nickelodeon's new live-action comedy Henry Danger, premiering Saturday, Sept. 13, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT). Henry Danger kicks off a night of back-to-back series premieres with Nickelodeon's other new live-action comedy, Nicky Ricky Dicky & Dawn, premiering at 8:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
