The producers of PETER AND THE STARCATCHER, the five-timeTony Award-winning musical play written by Tony Award nominee Rick Elice and directed by Tony Award winner Roger Rees and Tony Award nominee Alex Timbers, present the National Tour, which kicks off in Denver, Colo, tonight, August 15, 2013 at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House.

REVERB Extends at Redtwist Through 6/30

Reverb by Leslye Headland, directed by Jonathan Berry, has been extended for one week through June 30, 2013. Reverbperforms on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30pm, and Sundays at 3pm. Robert Vignisson will take over the role of Shane for the extension beginning on June 27. Due to other scheduling issues, Reverb must close on June 30. Tickets: $25-$30. www.redtwist.org

This will be the Chicago premiere of Reverb, a darkly comic, brutal dissection of the deadly force of wrath in the playwright's cycle of the Seven Deadly Sins, featuring Redtwist company member and two-time, Jeff Award-winner, Peter Oyloe.

Eclipse Theatre Company (www.eclipsetheatre.com), the only theatre company in the Midwest to feature the works of one playwright in one season, continues their 2012 season featuring the works of legendary American playwright Eugene O'Neill with his romantic comedy, "Ah, Wilderness!" directed by Eclipse ensemble member Steve Scott. Halsted St. The production features ensemble member Alan Wilder with Jessica Honor Carleton, Derrick C. Cooper, Walter Coppage, Ann Joseph, Loren Lazerine, Colm O'Reilly, Jay Reed, Robert Schleifer and Nick Vidal. Weekday matinees (Tuesdays through Fridays) are reserved for school groups only, with weekend (Saturday and Sunday) performances available to the public. Single tickets and tickets for school groups are currently on sale.
