As previously announced, The Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs will celebrate the 23rd Annual MAC Awards on Monday, May 18th at 7:30pm at B.B. King Blues Club (237 West 42nd St, Between Broadway 8th Avenue). This year's performers/presenters include Polly Bergen (Recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award), Klea Blackhurst, Tyne Daly, Karen Mason, Marilyn Maye, John McDaniel, Rex Reed, Steve Ross, and Julie Wilson among others.

This month the Metropolitan Room welcomes back two great singers with vastly different styles and personas - the garrulous blues mamma Baby Jane Dexter, who reprises 'If' by popular demand for nine shows from April 16 to May 2, and the cosmopolitan chanteuse Anna Bergman, who brings her Richard Rodgers tribute show, 'My Heart Stood Still,' for four shows spanning two weeks, from April 18 to April 29.

Leslie Jordan's acclaimed solo show, My Trip Down The Pink Carpet, scheduled for a New York engagement this spring, has been postponed due to a scheduling conflict, it was announced by producer Bruce Robert Harris. Mr. Harris added, 'we'll be looking forward to rolling out the pink carpet for Leslie and making an announcement here in New York before the end of Summer.'
