In this new adaptation of the beloved tale, written and directed by Artistic Director Megan Hildebrand, the Luckenbooth Theatre is encouraging their Academy Players and community to give back to those in need this holiday season. 'Luckenbooth does a benefit production annually and, with the launch of our Academy this season, we thought there was no better time to give back to our community than during the holidays - to be able to also get our student actors involved has been amazingly rewarding,' says Hildebrand. There are two, simple ways to contribute: Bring a stamped letter to Santa and drop it off in their mailbox located in their lobby - for each letter received, The Make A Wish Foundation will receive $1. You may also bring an unwrapped toy to place under our Christmas tree - all toys donated will be given to Toys for Tots. If you bring a toy on Industry Night (December 6th), it will count as your admission cost!
The Luckenbooth Theatre Collective's newly launched Theatre Academy is proud to present its inaugural production! Peter Pan, directly adapted from J.M Barrie's novel of the same name, follows the adventures of the Darling children after they are visited by a mischievous boy and his pet fairy. Directed and adapted by Luckenbooth's Artistic Director and Founder, Megan Hildebrand, audiences can expect an immersive and imaginative retelling of everyone's favorite story about the boy who never grows up.
The Luckenbooth Theatre Collective is proud to present A Most Peculiar Man, a new work (and world premiere) by local Playwright and Director, Kayla Hildebrand and the first production in their season of all original works.
