Theatre Artist And Social Activist Joan Lipkin Recognized In Inaugural Bravely Awards

Bravely, Inc. (formerly Magdalene St. Louis), a Missouri nonprofit corporation, will present its Inaugural Bravely Awards ceremony at a luncheon on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at Patty Long's Ninth Street Abbey, located at 1808 S. 9th Street in the historic Soulard neighborhood in the City of St. Louis. The luncheon takes place from 12 noon to 1:15 PM (with networking and registration from 11:30 to 12:00) and all proceeds from this event will go directly to Bravely, a residential program for women who have survived sexual exploitation (prostitution and trafficking), abuse and addiction.

More recently, his collaborations have included being a member of the supergroup the Dukes of September, as well as reaching the Coachella generation as a celebrated co-star on Thundercat's indie hit "Show You the Way."
