Tickets On Sale Monday, June 26th For Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival Presented By Coca-Cola 10th Anniversary

The Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by Coca-Cola (NYCWFF) returns for its 10 th anniversary October 12 15, 2017. Including returning fan-favorites and an array of new soires, more than 70 events will take place at locations across New York, with 100% of the net proceeds benefiting the hunger-relief organizations Food Bank For New York City and No Kid Hungry . To date, NYCWFF has raised more than $10 million to support the fight to end hunger.

Paul Taylor Dance Company and the U.S. Debut of Roy Assaf Dance at Jacob's Pillow

Based in Israel, Roy Assaf Dance makes its U.S. debut with a program of clever and heartfelt works in the Doris Duke Theatre July 12-16. A rising choreographic star, Assaf has been commissioned by companies across the globe including Batsheva Dance Company, The Royal Swedish Ballet, National Dance Company Wales, and LA Dance Project. The program opens with Assaf's embracing duet Six Years Later which is praised for its "beauty, nuances, and intricate, astute movements" (Ora Brafman, Jerusalem Post), and closes with his powerful all-male trio The Hill, inspired by veterans' experiences and based on the Hebrew song "Givat Hatachmoshet".

Candice Guardino Bringing ITALIAN BRED to the Bickford Theatre This August

Actor and comedian Candice Guardino brings her hit one-woman show "Italian Bred" to the Morris Museum's Bickford Theatre for two performances on August 5 and August 6. The show which had a successful and critically acclaimed Off-Broadway run in 2013 has been playing to packed houses across the country for the past couple of years.

YITZHAK RABIN: CHRONICLE OF AN ASSASSINATION and More Set for Ford Theatres' 2017 Summer Theatre Season

The Ford's 2017 season lineup celebrates diverse cultures through theatre and performing arts. Highlights include Yitzhak Rabin: Chronicle of an Assassination, presented with the Skirball Cultural Center, in association with The Lincoln Center Festival; and The Hubble Cantata - in association with the LA Opera - an hour-long, space-inspired cantata featuring music by composer Paola Prestini, libretto by Royce Vavrek and a cutting-edge virtual reality film, Fistful of Stars, by Eliza McNitt.

Signdance Collective to Bring CARTHAGE/CARTAGENA to Theaterlab This July

Theaterlab will host the UK-based performance company Signdance Collective as they celebrate their 30-year anniversary with its international tour of Carthage/Cartagena by Obie Award-winning playwright Caridad Svich. Performances are July 19 through 21, 2017 at Theaterlab's Midtown loft space (357 West 36th Street, 3rd Floor, NYC).

A&G presents ARGUMENTS & GRIEVANCES Comedy Debates

 After a sold out New York City debut at Union Hall, Arguments & Grievances is excited to announce it's comedy debate series and podcast have found a new home at Pine Box Rock Shop (12 Grattan St.) in Bushwick. Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute Brings Together Brightest Young Musicians this July

This July, Carnegie Hall brings together close to 200 of the best teen musicians from across the country for a month of exceptional music making as part of two exciting ensembles. The critically-acclaimed National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America (NYO-USA), now entering its fifth year, is comprised of 116 musicians, ages 16-19. NYO2, a new group launched in summer 2016 for younger players, ages 14-17, was created with a particular focus of attracting talented students from communities traditionally underserved or underrepresented in the classical music field. In total, the musicians of NYO-USA and NYO2 come from 40 US states, plus Puerto Rico. Both programs are free, ensuring that all promising young players can have the opportunity to take part in this unique community of musicians-learning from a world-class faculty, playing alongside talented peers, and performing with leading artists on the stages of some of the most prestigious concert halls in the world, including Carnegie Hall.

Bryant Park presents Accordions AROUND THE WORLD

Accordions Around the World is a four-week series that brings over 100 accordionists, as well as bandoneon, bayan, concertina, and harmonium-players of different musical genres, to perform at Bryant Park. Accordion Picnics, each Wednesday between June 28 and July 19, spotlights 24 musicians at each performance and offers audiences the chance to experience the range of this often-overlooked instrument.
