Short But Brief: CCRI Players Present Student-Directed 10-Minute Plays

The Community College of Rhode Island conclude their 2016-2017 season with Some Ten Words Long, a program of six student-directed ten-minute plays. Performances will be presented at the Liston Campus, 1 Hilton St. in Providence, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 20, 21, and 22 at 7:30 P.M., and on Saturday and Sunday, April 22 and 23, at 2 P.M.

MasterVoices' 2017 Spring Benefit Raised More Than $275,000

Albert, Executive Director,Court Theatre announces that it will present the Asolo Repertory Theatre, Pasadena Playhouse and Arena Stage production of The Originalistby John Strand, featuring Edward Gero as Antonin Scalia and directed by Arena Stage Artistic Director Molly Smith, to conclude its 63rd season. As previously announced, the production will run May 10 - June 10, 2018 at Court Theatre, 5535 S Ellis Avenue, Chicago.

Athena Theatre presents A NEW MEMORY

Athena Theatre selected eight playwrights for its playwriting group, Athena Writes, assembled for a one-year exploration of the theme 'A New Memory'.  It centers on Athena Theatre's commitment to supporting new works that push the boundaries of live theatre. These eight plays were curated and written while in residence with Athena Theatre.

THE MEETING* to Honor Broadway Legend Patti LuPone This Month
