THE FIRST NATIONAL TOUR OF LEGALLY BLONDE THE MUSICAL will begin performances at The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark, NJ on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 and will play through Sunday, June 6, 2010.

LEGALLY BLONDE to Release London Cast Recording

The West End production of LEGALLY BLONDE: THE MUSICAL will receive its own cast recording, according to a post on the musical's Facebook page on May 21st. The show will be recorded live on June 12, 13, and 14 for a yet-to-be-announced release date.

Jewish Museum Kicks Off SUMMERNIGHTS on July 1

The Jewish Museum's SummerNights program returns, presenting live world music in a concert setting on three Thursdays in July. Margot Leverett and the Klezmer Mountain Boys kick off SummerNights on July 1 followed by Ansambl Mastika on July 8, and The Sexteto Rodriguez Cuban-Jewish All Stars on July 15. The Jewish Museum is located at Fifth Avenue at 92nd Street, Manhattan. Each concert begins at 7:30 pm. Tickets for each concert are $15 for the general public; $12 for students and seniors; and $10 for Jewish Museum members. Hurlbert, Prince, and Puzzo Set for KILLING WOMEN, 5/13 - 6/5

Autumn Hurlbert, Lori Prince, and Michael Puzzo are set to star in Killing Women, by Marisa Wegrzyn and presented by kef productions. The production runs at the Beckett Theatre May 13- June 5 and will be directed by Adam Fitzgerald. Additional casting is yet to be announced.

Fleeshman Joins UK Legally Blonde as Warner June 16

Richard Fleeshman will join the cast of the critically acclaimed Legally Blonde The Musical from 16 June to play Warner Huntington III opposite Sheridan Smith as Elle Woods, Jill Halfpenny as Paulette, Peter Davison as Professor Callahan and Alex Gaumond as Emmett. Fleeshman takes over the role of Warner Huntington III from Duncan James whose final performance will be 14 June 2010. Legally Blonde The Musical, which opened at the Savoy Theatre earlier this year, is currently booking until 20 February 2011.
