South Ark Stage (Rhoda Herrick, Producing Artistic Director) present the Off-Broadway revival of the comedy Sophistry by Jonathan Marc Sherman (Things We Want). Under the direction of James Warwick, the eight-member cast features Michael Carbonaro as Jack, and Jonathan Hogan as Whitey, with Ian Alda, Ellen Dolan, Charlie Hewson, Mahira Kakkar, Natalie Knepp and Maximilian Osinski.

Ripe Time has just announced the world premiere of Betrothed, written and directed by Rachel Dickstein (the Ohio Theatre's Innocents). The show is based on S. Ansky's The Dybbuk, Anton Chekhov's Betrothed, and Jhumpa Lahiri's The Treatment of Bibi Haldar.
Kristine Nielsen to Star in Durang's Miss Witherspoon

Kristine Nielsen has landed the plum title role (of sorts) in Christopher Durang's new play, Miss Witherspoon, which will play the McCarter Theatre in Princeton, NH before beginning its Playwright Horizon run on December 1st
