Friends In Deed has tapped Tommy Tune's brand new road show, Steps in Time, for their one-night-only spectacular Broadway Benefit Gala which will take place at The Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College (899 Tenth Avenue) on Monday, September 21st at 8:00 p.m. All proceeds benefit Friends In Deed - The Crisis Center for Life-Threatening Illness.

Broadway leading lady and three-time Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara will open fall season at the legendary Café Carlyle. Before returning to the Broadway stage in the revival of South Pacific (October 13) following the birth of her first child this summer, Ms. O'Hara will offer encore performances of her sold out debut in a two-week engagement beginning Tuesday, September 15th (and playing through September 26th).

Westport Country Playhouse will reunite six audience favorites---playwright Alan Ayckbourn, director John Tillinger, and cast members Paxton Whitehead, Cecilia Hart, Geneva Carr and Carson Elrod---in the classic comedy, 'How the Other Half Loves,' playing July 28 through August 15. Over the past two seasons, the popular team brought to the Playhouse the smash hit comedies 'Time of My Life' and 'Relatively Speaking.' Darren Pettie and Karen Walsh will round out the cast of 'How the Other Half Loves.'
Jim Caruso's Cast Party is proud to present RON ABEL, one of New York's hottest theatrical composer/arrangers, in a return engagement to the Broadway at Birdland series. This very special concert will take place on Monday, July 29 at 7pm. Joining Ron will be some of his fabulously talented friends (Lucie Arnaz and Valarie Pettiford) for a fun 'raising the roof' evening of entertainment. Abel is hosting this gala for longtime close friend, Richard Aborn, who is running for the office of District Attorney for Manhattan.
