The Old Globe will celebrate A Night of Revels at the 2016 Globe Gala on Saturday, September 24, in support of the theatre's arts engagement and artistic programs. There's a new Broadway star on the rise. Just yesterday, The Color Purple's Tony Award-winning actress Cynthia Erivo was joined by some of her Broadway friends as Sardi's unveiled her caricature, which joins the historic collection on the restaurant's walls, honoring Broadway's finest for over 85 years.

Last night, Leslie Odom, Jr. celebrated the release of his debut album, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard and iTunes jazz charts, alongside Cynthia Erivo, Darren Criss and many others!

Dixon takes over for Tony winner Leslie Odom Jr., who played his final performance on Saturday, July 9.
