Reprise Theatre Company presents Barbara Cook in Concert. It will have one performance only on Monday, May 16 at 8:00 pm, at UCLA's Freud Playhouse. Barbara Cook in Concert is the latest in Reprise Theatre Company's tradition of presenting Broadway stars and legendary entertainers in concert, which have included Patti LuPone, Carol Burnett, Sutton Foster, Ben Vereen, Kristin Chenoweth, and Brian Stokes Mitchell.

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center will present its annual Monte Cristo Award to legendary Broadway and screen actor James Earl Jones, in recognition of his monumental achievements and contributions to the American and international theater community. The award will be presented to Mr. Jones at a gala dinner held in his honor at Bridgewaters - South Street Seaport in New York City on Monday, May 9th at 6:30pm.

The first episode of Kelsey Grammer's new drama, Boss, is et to be directed by Oscar nominated Gus Van Sant, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Also joining the cast are: Connie Nielsen, Jeff Hephner, Hannath Ware, and Kathleen Robertson.

Bella Vita Entertainment, with Anthony Gruppuso, Calvin Remsberg, and Tricia Stabile announces the Los Angeles premiere of Glory Days. Glory Days has music and lyrics by Nick Blaemire and book by James Gardiner, and will be directed by Calvin Remsberg. According to Deadline.com, Kelsey Grammeris set to direct CBS' comedy pilot 'Vince Uncensored'. The project will star Michael Chiklis, and will include writting by Phoef Sutton, Conaco and Warner Bros. TV. As described by Deadline, the show 'centers on a man (Chiklis) who, after a life-changing experience, decides to take a more honest approach to his life, work and family.'

Having just wrapped up his role as Albin in La Cage Aux Folles on Broadway, Tony and Oliver Award winner Douglas Hodge is on his way back to New York. This time, he's heading to the legendary Café Carlyle for the debut of his cabaret show, which will run from March 15th through March 26th.
