CMT announced today that country music's hottest breakthrough artists Carly Pearce, Devin Dawson, LANCO, Lindsay Ell, Russell Dickerson and Walker Hayeswill perform on the Ram Trucks Side Stage at the “2018 CMT Music Awards,” airing LIVE from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, June 6th at 8:00 pm ET/PT.

Hosted by country chart-toppers Little Big Town, the '2018 CMT Music Awards' today announced the second round of A-list performers that will take over Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, June 6th at 8 pm ET/ PT. The newest superstars to join the already-impressive performance lineup include Backstreet Boys, Carrie Underwood, Dan + Shay, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean and hosts Little Big Town. Tickets for the '2018 CMT Music Awards' are on sale now via Ticketmaster.

Having recently wrapped the quarter with its highest ratings in four years, CMT today unveiled its summer programming slate of new and returning original series and music events, including new series 'Bachelorette Weekend' from SallyAnn Salsano and 495 Productions, producers of 'Jersey Shore' and 'Party Down South,' the final episodes of the landmark series 'Nashville' and a new season of 'Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders: Making The Team.'

Sirius XM “Highway Find” Kalie Shorr has been named to Taste of Country's “2018's Hottest Artists Under 25” list. Shorr joins list veterans Lauren Alaina and Kane Brown, along with Kelsea Ballerini, Danielle Bradbery, former tourmate RaeLynn, Maddie & Tae, Mason Ramsey, and CB30, making Shorr the only independent artist included. CMA Fest has announced more than 100 additional performances throughout Downtown Nashville Thursday through Sunday, June 7-10. Xfinity Fan Fair X is back and more exciting than ever featuring three stages packed with artist performances, panels and meet and greets, in addition to music and lifestyle exhibits, prize giveaways and the Marketplace taking place daily from 9:30 AM-5:00 PM inside Music City Center. The HGTV Lodge returns for a seventh year, hosting performances with Country Music favorites and appearances from HGTV stars. Newly added to the Nissan Stadium stage, Jake Owen will perform on Friday night and Cole Swindell will perform on Sunday night. 

The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) handed out the 43rd Annual Gracie Awards at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles. Host Lisa Joyner led the evening which included the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Rita Moreno by Norman Lear and a special performance by Grammy-nominated country music singer Kelsea Ballerini.

Fresh off announcing that country super-group Little Big Town will host the “2018 CMT Music Awards,” CMT today revealed that Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Kelly Clarkson, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan and Sam Hunt will perform at this year's show, premiering LIVE from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, June 6th at 8 pm ET/ PT.  Additional performers will be announced soon. 

The “2018 Billboard Music Awards,” hosted by “The Voice” coach, Kelly Clarkson, was an emotional and celebratory night of nostalgic and one-of-a-kind musical performances and touching moments all to celebrate this year's biggest and best in music! This year's show aired live on both coasts from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 20 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC.

One of the biggest draws is the Artist of the Day session, which spotlights one of Country Music's favorite acts each day by offering a glimpse into their careers from the CMA Close Up Stage. Dierks Bentley will appear on Thursday, Luke Bryan on Friday, Dustin Lynch on Saturday and Kelsea Ballerini on Sunday.   

CMT today announced that tickets will go on presale on May 18 and general sale on May 19 for the “2018 CMT Music Awards,” premiering LIVE on Wednesday, June 6 at 8pm ET/PT from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena. Hosted byLittle Big Town, the “2018 CMT Music Awards” is country's only entirely fan-voted awards show. Fans can purchase presale tickets beginning tomorrow, May 18 via Ticketmaster using password “BUCKLEUP,” and vote now for their favorite artists at vote.cmt.com. A superstar roster of performers and presenters will be announced soon.

The Country Music Association's critically acclaimed CMA Songwriters Series hosted a special invite-only performance for press, influencers and industry featuring Kelsea Ballerini and Lillie Mae Friday, April 27 during Stagecoach Festival.
