Tonight, Tuesday, October 20, 2009, one lucky audience member at the smash-hit musical ROCK OF AGES, will walk out of the theatre $1,000 richer. The random drawing will take place immediately following the show and will include all ticket holders for that evening's 7pm performance at The Brooks Atkinson Theatre, 256 W. 47th Street.

MEMPHIS, an original Broadway musical, officially opened last, Monday, October 19, 2009 at the Shubert Theatre (225 W. 44th Street) following critically-acclaimed and sold-out engagements at La Jolla Playhouse and Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre, began previews Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Variety reports that ROCK OF AGES will launch a sit-down production in Toronto next year. The production will open May at the city's Royal Alexandra Theater.

On Friday, September 18, 2009, Kerry Butler as 'Sherrie' and Tom Lenk as 'Franz' began performances in the five-time Tony nominated hit musical, ROCK OF AGES at Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 West 47th Street) for a six month engagement.

John Bonanni, Big Fish Big Pond, Ltd and the New York Musical Theater Festival present the world premiere of Under Fire, a new musical set in the late 1970's during the bloody revolution in El Mirado, and based upon the 1983 motion picture of the same title. Directed, book and lyrics by Tony Nominee and Emmy award winner Barry Harman (ROMANCE/ROMANCE, THE Carol Burnett SHOW, ALL IN THE FAMILY) and music by Broadway composer Grant Sturiale (OLYMPUS ON MY MIND). Under Fire will feature choreography by Jonathan Cerullo.

'Once Upon a Time', Part Three. In this epic, 'Princess Bride' parody, trilogy, Paul has a flashback to his swashbuckling, pirate fighting days. Captain Paul is hired to safely transport Prince Wesley to Guana island to be crowned the new king. Meanwhile, Captain Shortshanks must kill Prince Wesley to fulfill the final prophecy to bring his evil master back to life to rule again.
