Freestyle Releasing and Freestyle Digital Media (FDM) announced today that they have set October 25th, 2013 for a multi city theatrical release for A TRUE STORY, the coming-of-age comedy directed by Malcolm Goodwin (star of A & E's “Breakout Kings”). The film introduces Cameron Fife and Tyler McGee, who also co-wrote the script, and includes Katrina Bowden (“30 Rock,” AMERICAN REUNION), Kelen Coleman (“The Mindy Project,” “The Newsroom”), Keith Loneker (LAKEVIEW TERRACE) and Jon Gries (NAPOLEON DYNAMITE). The film was produced by Goodwin, Fife and McGee, and is slated for a multiple platform VOD release prior to the national theatrical roll out on September 20th, 2013.

NEW GIRL was picked up for a third season, THE MINDY PROJECT received a second season order and RAISING HOPE was renewed for a fourth season.
