Noted cabaret singer Isabel Rose is ready to begin the process of delivering her new album, TROUBLE IN PARADISE, to the world. The album features her take on classic songs such as "Got a Lot of Livin' To Do," "Trouble In Paradise," and "Love Will Keep Us Together." For the album she worked with acclaimed music producer Bob Rock, who is best known for producing such acts as Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Metallica, Bryan Adams, and Michael Buble. To promote the new album, Isabel Rose will be performing in Los Angeles at The Mint on September 26, 2013 and in New York City at The Cutting Room on October 16, 2013. Before she kicks off this venture, she took a few moments out of her busy schedule to chat with me about her career, the new album, and the upcoming concerts.

The Boca Raton Theatre Guild has added four additional productions to its 2013-2014 season. Under the direction of Artistic Director Keith Garsson and a forward-thinking board of directors, the company has decided to expand their reach and venture beyond their home base, The Willow Theatre in Sugar Sand Park.

The Bob Baker Marionette Theater continues its 53rd season with "Bob Baker's Halloween Hoop-Dee-Do" playing October 5-November 3, 2013.

Hollywood Sings is a musical revue style production currently on stage at the Victoria People's Playhouse in Petrolia. Fresh from the success of Night of a Thousand Judys, The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - the acclaimed comedy/variety show hailed as 'rambunctious, uproarious and unpredictable' by The Wall Street Journal, 'delicious and delightfully droll' by The New York Post, and 'hilarious and sardonic' by The Village Voice - has moved to 54 BELOW for a six month run. The next show will be on Wednesday, September 25 at 9:30 PM. Known for its signature blend of outrageous comedy, politics, culture and everything in between, The Meeting* moves uptown after four seasons of packed houses in the West Village. Justin Sayre and The Meeting* were named one of the Top 10 nightclub shows of 2011 by Time Out New York, received the 2012 Bistro Award for 'Comedy Artistry' and a 2011 MAC Award nomination for Best Male Comedy Performance.

The legendary Liza Minnelli will perform at Walt Disney Concert Hall on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, making her debut performance at the iconic venue. This special, one-night-only performance features Minnelli and her band performing songs from throughout her groundbreaking career. This performance is part of a short West Coast tour.

London-based KiwiFruits Productions continues their sell-out season of exclusive concerts, returning to the St James Theatre with 'SONDHEIM: Women' celebrating over five decades of the great anthems of Broadway composer and lyricist, the incomparable Stephen Sondheim.

Bay Street Theatre announced its HarborFest Weekend events will be the showing of GENE KELLY classics on the big screen this weekend, Sept. 6 and 7. They are the kick off to the fall lineup of The Picture Show, sponsored by Peconic Landing. AN AMERICAN IN PARIS will be showing tonight, Sept. 6 and FOR ME AND MY GAL on Saturday Sept. 7. Both begin at 8 pm.

'Judy and Liza Together Again', starring internationally acclaimed entertainers Rick Skye and Tommy Femia, named 'BEST DUO'in 2012 by the Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs (MAC), has been EXTENDED AGAIN through the Summer Season at Don't Tell Mama's (343 West 46th Street). The Actors Fund, the nationwide human services organization that helps all professionals in performing arts and entertainment, will present the 2013 edition of Nothing Like a Dame: Lorna's Pink Party, a benefit for the Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative and the Dr. Philomena McAndrew Fund of Tower Cancer Research Foundation. This highly anticipated event, starring entertainment legend LORNA LUFT with her special guest LIZA MINNELLI will take place for two nights only on Monday, October 14th at 7 pm, and Monday, October 21st at 7 pm, at Birdland, 315 West 44th Street, New York City.

The Crazy Coqs October schedule begins with Steven Brinberg, who returns following his sell-out show earlier this year with Simply Barbra (October 1- 5), followed by Les Miserables actress and singer Frances Ruffelle and her show Paris Original (October 8 - 12). New York singer-pianist Billy Stritch performs his show I've Got Your Number - The Jazz of Cy Coleman (October 15- 19). As part of the London Festival of Cabaret, Karen Kohler and KT Sullivan will duet together in their show Vienna to Weimar (October 22- 26) followed by KT Sullivan with Rhyme, Women and Song (October 29 - November 2).

In mid-August, the news website Bloomberg.com reported that 54 Below, the popular new nightclub that opened last June in the basement of the old Studio 54, needed a major cash infusion in the six-figure range if it was going to survive. Perhaps if they just book Liz and Ann Hampton Callaway on a regular basis-either individually or together-their bottom line will start singing a happy tune. The sisterly songbirds recently sold out a five-show run at the venue with a revival of their crowd-pleasing show 'Sibling Revelry.'

Gay resort Fire Island was abuzz as Broadway legend Carol Channing arrived Friday to perform Saturday night at Cherry Grove's Ice Palace. The 92 year old showbiz legend was part of Daniel Nardicio's Icon Series. Last year Nardicio paired Alan Cumming with Liza Minnelli, this year Channing performed with cabaret performer Justin Vivian Bond. Scroll down for photos from the concert!

Broadway, Film and TV phenomenon Kristin Chenoweth's first solo concerts at the Hollywood Bowl was, as expected, nothing short of spectacular. Delivering a highly-entertaining, must-see event filled with plenty of laughs, many touching moments, and lots of opportunities to showcase her unique talents, the pixie-sized Emmy and Tony Award-winning musical superstar did not disappoint in her two-night engagement backed by the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
