Broken Nose Theatre (BNT) will present the Chicago premiere of ROOMS: a rock romance, a new musical by Paul Scott Goodman and Miriam Gordon, in Collaboraction's Pentagon space in the Flat Iron Arts Building, 1579 N Milwaukee Ave, July 6 -August 11. Directed by Broken Nose Artistic Director Benjamin Brownson (My First Time) and with music direction by Austin Cook (Putting it Together, Some Enchanted Evening), ROOMS a rock romance runs Thursdays-Sundays at 8 p.m. Preview performances are from July 6 to July 13, with Opening Night on Sunday, July 14 at 8 p.m. Ticket prices range from $15-$30 and are available online at www.brokennosetheatre.com.

One of Kansas City's most acclaimed actors, Gary Neal Johnson, is set to star as the iconic Willy Loman in Kansas City Repertory Theatre's production of Arthur Miller's Tony Award-winning Death of a Salesman. The Rep's artistic director Eric Rosen will direct the production, which runs January 18-February 10 at Spencer Theatre. Miller's classic play about a down-on-his-luck salesman searching for his American Dream remains one of the most profound dramas in the canon of American theatre.
