Goodspeed Sets Starry Group of Writing Teams for 2016 Mercer Writers Colony

In what has become an annual ritual, a total of 36 established and emerging composers, lyricists, and librettists will converge on the Goodspeed campus from mid-January through mid-February 2016 to participate in the Johnny Mercer Foundation Writers Colony at Goodspeed Musicals. The writing teams, representing 19 new musicals, will populate the campus, creating a truly exciting environment for discovery and inspiration. Bikini Kill's RGSN Reissue Out Today

The infamously fierce feminist punk pioneers, Bikini Kill, offer a glimpse into the history of their very first demo tape, the feminist punk movement, riot grrrl, and recently revealed the previously unreleased 'Ocean Song' with The New York Times. The track came in anticipation of the band's Revolution Girl Style Now reissue, out today, September 22, via Bikini Kill Records that features three previously unreleased songs: 'Playground', 'Ocean Song', and 'Just Once.'
