Sundance Institute welcomes 13 projects, selected for its annual June Directors and Screenwriters Labs, taking place at the Sundance Resort in Utah from today, May 27 through June 27. Under the leadership of Michelle Satter, Founding Director of the Institute's Feature Film Program, and the artistic direction of Gyula Gazdag, the Fellows selected for this year's program include emerging filmmakers and projects from the United States, Europe, Mexico, Peru and Somalia.

Today we are talking to a versatile stage and screen actress who has scored in a number of unique roles on Broadway and around the country in addition to making a recent mark with her work on the Broadway-themed web series IT COULD BE WORSE - the passionate and compelling Alison Fraser. Here we are at the penultimate episode of GIRLS' second season - a season, that, well, hasn't felt entirely like GIRLS. At least not the narrow-in-scope, boho-Brooklyn series we came to know from the first go around last year. It's turned into more of a depressing mish-mash of millennial problems and bad life decisions, that constantly make me question my own. Lena Dunham has taken GIRLS to a dark place, occasionally good, but for the most part, mediocre.
