The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company presents Marry Me A Little, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, conceived by Craig Lucas and Norman Rene, directed by Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein, starring Lauren Molina and Jason Tam. Marry Me A Little kicks off their 2012 - '13 season and will be followed by a newly revised version of the 1991 play, The Old Boy by A.R. Gurney. Performances will continue through October 27th, with two additional Wednesday matinees on October 17th and 24th. Mixed Blood Theatre's Center of the Margins, exploring the complex world of disability, returns this season as a mini-festival with three staged readings running in rep with fully-mounted productions of NEXT TO NORMAL, THEORY OF MIND, COLOSSAL, A NERVOUS SMILE, and CYRANO on stage Saturday and Sunday, October 20th through 21st and Saturday and Sunday, October 27th through 28th.

The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company (Jonathan Silverstein, Artistic Director/Damon Chua, Executive Director) today announced that Marry Me A Little, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, conceived by Craig Lucas and Norman Rene, directed by Keen Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein, starring Lauren Molina and Jason Tam, will extend for one additional week to accommodate unprecedented demand. Marry Me A Little kicks off their 2012 - '13 season and will be followed by a newly revised version of the 1991 play, The Old Boy by A.R. Gurney. BC Names John Bell Visiting Theater Professor

Theater scholar, artist, educator, curator, social activist and arts leader John Bell has been named Boston College's Rev. J. Donald Monan, S.J. Professor in Theatre Arts for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Sydney Theatre Company's (STC) acclaimed production of Uncle Vanya by Anton Chekhov, adapted by Andrew Upton and directed by Tamas Ascher (whose staging of Ivanov for Katona Jozsef Theatre was critically acclaimed at Lincoln Center Festival 2009), just opened at the Lincoln Center Festival. The production was named the best play of the year by Washington Post critic Peter Marks, who put the play in the number one spot on his annual list of theatre's top ten.
