Earlier this month the producers of GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS have just announced that three additional performances would be added to the production's December performance schedule to accommodate demand for the show.

GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS will begin selling standing room tickets starting tomorrow Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Limited standing room tickets will be available for purchase only at the box office of the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street) on a same-day, rush basis and will be priced at $37 each, with a limit of two per person. These tickets will only be available for purchase during the two-hours prior to curtain of any given performance.

GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS announced several days ago that it will be extending its limited engagement through January 20, 2013. Tickets to the added performances from January 4, 2013, through January 20, 2013, are now on sale exclusively to American Express Cardmembers from Friday, November 9 to Friday, November 16, 11:59pm.

The producers of GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS have announced a new opening press date to account for cancelled rehearsals as a result of Hurricane Sandy. With several other Broadway shows slated to open in the coming weeks, and taking the week of Thanksgiving into account the new opening press date will be Saturday, December 8, 2012 with a review release date of Monday, December 10, 2012.

Manhattan Theatre Club has just announced additional casting for the world premiere of THE ASSEMBLED PARTIES, the new play by Tony Award winner Richard Greenberg, directed by MTC's award-winning Artistic Director Lynne Meadow. Berlin's Deutsches Theater was to present CLYBOURNE PARK, the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning play, earlier this year - with a white actress in 'experimental makeup' playing the black characters Francine and Lena. Today, Village Voice columnist Michael Musto writes that the production was cancelled after playwright Bruce Norris revoked the rights; in a published letter to the Dramatists Guild, Norris explains his reasoning and condemns the tradition of blackface in German theatres:

Limited standing room tickets will be available for purchase only at the box office of the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street) on a same-day, rush basis and will be priced at $37 each, with a limit of two per person. This policy will go into effect on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. The box office opens at 10 am Monday through Saturday, and at 12 pm on Sundays.
