Back for its 7th year, the '2010 VH1 Hip Hop Honors' will celebrate the achievements of hip hop with a little southern twist. This year, the show will celebrate the music, the influence and the artists from The South. Honorees Jermaine Dupri, J Prince of Rap-A-Lot Records, Luther 'Luke' Campbell, The 2 Live Crew, Master P, and Organized Noize will be honored through performances in collaboration with some of today's hottest talent. Hosted by Craig Robinson, '2010 VH1 Hip Hop Honors: The Dirty South' will tape from NYC's Hammerstein Ballroom and air on VH1 on Monday, June 7 at 9:00 PM ET/PT.

Kevin McCollum, Jeffrey Seller and Jill Furman Willis, the producers of the 2008 Tony and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical In The Heights, announced today that Seth Stewart will return to the role of 'Graffiti Pete,' the role he originated, for 4 weeks only from Monday, June 7, through Satuday, July 3, 2010 at Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street).

In addition Corbin Bleu has added a final 3 additional weeks to his critically acclaimed run in In The Heights. Corbin Bleu's final performance is Tuesday, August 17, and beginning August 19, In The Heights will star American Idol winner Jordin Sparks.

Last night, May 20, the producers of FELA! hosted a post-theater reception at The Palm in midtown for Broadway national tour presenters from across the country who are in town for the Spring League Conference and for members of the FELA! company in celebration of thier 11 Tony Award nominations - the most of any show this season. In attendence were Tony nominated producers Jay-Z, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Stephen & Ruth Hendel, Tony-nominated director & choreographer Bill T. Jones, and Tony-nominated stars Sahr Ngaujah and Lillias White. BroadwayWorld was also on hand to celebrate.

With 11 Tony ® Award nominations including Best Musical and Best Director of a Musical & Best Choreography for Bill T. Jones, the producers of Fela! have announced plans for a groundbreaking domestic and international tour of the critically acclaimed production launching in the fall of 2011. Lead producer Stephen Hendel has enlisted CAMI Spectrum's Margaret Selby in association with CAMI Theatricals' Gary McAvay to book the tour in the following US cities: Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Miami, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tempe, and Washington. International engagements in Amsterdam, Melbourne, Paris, Rotterdam, Sydney and Toronto will also be scheduled.
