At the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, Beyonce took home the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. To mark the occassion, Queen B peformed a super-medley of some of her recent hits, but in the process, used the opportunity to hit back at the recent rumors about her marriage with Jay Z.

After an epic VMA performance, Beyonce kept it short and very sweet as her husband, Jay Z, and daughter, Blue Ivy, presented her with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.

The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards will be broadcast live from the Los Angeles Forum tonight. The Red Carpet Preshow begins at 8:00pm ET on MTV, with the official ceremony kicking off at 9:00pm.
