Pepperdine University has decided to open up its appearance by author David Misch (writer for Mork & Mindy / Muppets / Saturday Night Live/SNL) to the public on April 1st at 7:30 p.m. in the Payson Library, Surfboard Room (24255 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, CA).

NBC announced today that the characters of its acclaimed comedy COMMUNITY (Thursdays, 8-8:30 p.m. ET) will be immortalized as puppets in an episode airing in April.

Author, David Misch (writer for Mork & Mindy / Muppets / Saturday Night Live/SNL), has two scheduled New York City book appearances with his new book, 'FUNNY: The Book,' including a special presentation of 'The History of HA!' at the 92nd Street Y as well as a regular Q&A/booksigning at Congregation Edmond J. Safra.

'When You're In Love, The Whole World Is Jewish' is more than an expression - it is the name of a World Premiere comedy/musical revue, directed by Seinfeld's Jason Alexander, now playing to sold out houses at the Greenway Court Theatre in Los Angeles. The premise of the show is that a nice Jewish boy has fallen in love with a Catholic girl and wants his Rabbi to teach her to be a Jew. The rabbi sums the problem up with 'This is why Oy rhymes with Goy!' And the one-liners continue from there.

Cabrillo Music Theatre announces the next in a series of fundraising and entertainment events in the recently renovated Founders' Room of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. SHIRLEY JONES & PATRICK CASSIDY: TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY will take place tonight, February 10th, at 7:00PM, and reunites the Oscar-winning star of stage, films and television, Shirley Jones, with her son, Broadway and television star Patrick Cassidy.
