Hoff-Barthelson Music School's Annual Benefit Concert, the School's largest fundraising event of the year taking place on Sunday March 31, 2019, will feature 2019 Grammy award winner John Patitucci and his Jazz Trio. The concert will include special appearances by advanced HBMS jazz and chamber music students. The event will be held in the main sanctuary of the Westchester Reform Temple in Scarsdale.

The Kretzer Music Foundation's popular MUSIC FOR THE MIND concert series will return on Tuesday, March 19, with the legendary pianist David Crohan. The joyous musical event, which is being sponsored by Legends Radio, will be held at 7 pm, in the Harriet Himmel Theatre at CityPlace in West Palm Beach.

Contemporary vocal ensemble Theatre of Voices, along with Artistic Director Paul Hillier, return to Zankel Hall on Wednesday, March 20 at 7:30 p.m. for the world premiere of the complete cycle of David Lang's the writings. Also on the program is the New York premiere of Songs from the Soil, with music by Arvo Pärt and a visual poem by award-winning Danish filmmaker Phie Ambo. On this program, Theatre of Voices is joined by Yale Voxtet.

The Grammy nominated Ars Lyrica Houston ensemble performs the Houston premiere of Alessandra Stradella's oratorio, San Giovanni Battista on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 7:30 pm in Zilkha Hall at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts. Artistic Director Matthew Dirst leads the Ars Lyrica core ensemble and vocal soloists Sherezade Panthaki (soprano), Jay Carter, (countertenor), Joseph Gaines (tenor), and Sam Handley (bass) in the oratorio based on the death of John the Baptist.

Iconic singer-and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member-ART GARFUNKEL has a busy 2019 planned. He kicked the year off with a run of dates of his In Close-Upconcert through Tennessee (including Nashville's Ryman Auditorium), has a 14-date run through the U.K. set for April and a 7-show run through Germany this October, with many more U.S. shows planned throughout the year (full itinerary below).

Popular saxophonist Kenny G returns to the Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall as Pacific Symphony's guest artist for the "Valentine's Day with Kenny G" concert, led by guest conductor Albert-George Schram. After Pacific Symphony opens the show with lush love themes by Puccini, Offenbach and Gottschalk, including Richard Rodgers' "My Funny Valentine," Kenny G will perform his greatest hits. 

Meadow Brook Theatre's 2019-2020 season has something for everyone with comedies, musicals, a drama and even a whodunit.
