49TH Parallel in association the multi-award-winning NoHo Arts Center Ensemble (NoHo ACE), are thrilled to present the Los Angeles premiere of a new play, BE A GOOD LITTLE WIDOW, written by Bekah Brunstetter (OOHRAH!) and directed by Sara Botsford. BE A GOOD LITTLE WIDOW will preview tonight, April 17 at 8pm and will open on Friday, April 18 at 8pm and run for six weeks through Sunday, May 25, 2014 at the NoHo Arts Center, 11136 Magnolia Blvd. (at Lankershim) in North Hollywood.

BWW Interviews: Actor Bruce Davison Talks About His Role in Coward's A SONG AT TWILIGHT

Actor Bruce Davison certainly needs no introduction. He has starred on stage, screen and television in a multitude of complex roles over the last almost 50 years. He is most remembered for his early film Willard in the 60s and his stunning Oscar-nominated role in Longtime Companion from the early 90s. Davison is currently onstage in Noel Coward's A Song at Twilight at the Pasadena Playhouse, co-starring Sharon Lawrence and Roxanne Hart. In our chat, he talks about his wonderful role in the Coward play and other fascinating career tidbits.

Carl Reiner, Tim Conway, Steve Lawrence and Garry Marshall to Guest on TWO AND A HALF MEN

Comedy legends Carl Reiner, Tim Conway, Steve Lawrence and Garry Marshall are set to guest star on an upcoming episode of TWO AND A HALF MEN, to be broadcast Thursday, Jan. 30 (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. In the episode, multi-millionaire Marty Pepper (Reiner) proposes to Evelyn (Holland Taylor). In advance of their upcoming nuptials, Walden (Ashton Kutcher) and Alan (Jon Cryer) throw Marty a bachelor party. Marshall, Conway and Lawrence play Marty's friends who help him celebrate his last days of bachelorhood.

Broadway Publicity Firm Polk & Co. Expands with New Press Agents, IF/THEN, ROCKY, WICKED & More

Broadway PR firm Polk & Co.'s founder and president, Matt Polk, has just announced that Tom D'Ambrosio, Wayne Wolfe, Frances White and Colgan McNeil will be joining the public relations, media strategies and social media firm. Beginning January 6, 2014, the four press agents, formerly of The Hartman Group, will join the existing company of five including press agents Jessica Johnson and Michelle Bergmann.

United Solo Kicks Off Fourth Season Today at New York City's Theatre Row

A lineup of over 120 solo performers from six continents and 23 countries will present their shows during the fourth annual world's largest solo theatre festival, today, October 3 - November 24 at Theatre Row on 42nd Street. Twenty-five shows are currently sold out, with others set to reach that status over the next several days. Compared to the inaugural season three years ago, United Solo expanded its schedule four times, from two to eight weeks, gaining the status of a resident company at Theatre Row.

In this industry-wide event, which was held at the Times Square Visitor Center (1560 Broadway, between 46th and 47th Streets) in the heart of the theatre district, theater professionals received special recognition for having worked 25, 35, and 50 years in their respective theatrical craft. In this industry-wide celebration, theater professionals will receive special recognition for having worked 25, 35, and 50 years in their respective theatrical craft. This year's event, hosted by Emmy Award winning actress Holland Taylor (a recent Tony Award nominee for her role in Ann) and directed by Marc Bruni (Old Jews Telling Jokes), will take place in the Times Square Visitor Center (1560 Broadway), located in the heart of the theatre district on Seventh Avenue between 46th and 47th Streets. The event will begin at 3:30PM with red carpet arrivals, and the public ceremony begins at 4:00PM. Special guests and other participants will be announced shortly.

NYMF's BEND IN THE ROAD to Play Additional Performance Tomorrow

BEND IN THE ROAD, a new musical comedy, is an official selection of the New York Musical Theatre Festival's (NYMF) 2013 Next Link Project. The entire run sold out so quickly that NYMF recently announced that the production will play a special added performance on Thursday, July 25that 1PM. Under the direction of Benjamin Endsley Klein, the 14-member cast of BEND IN THE ROAD features Alison Woods (THE FANTASTICKS, 'Big Love') as Anne Shirley, Martin Vidnovic (OKLAHOMA!, THE KING AND I, GUYS AND DOLLS, BRIGADOON, THE ADDAMS FAMILY, BABY), Jordan Barrow, Mimi Bessette (THE BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS, BONNIE AND CLYDE), Brandon Essig, Kasie Gasparini, Justine Huxley (MAX AND RUBY), Anne Kanengeiser (RAGTIME, LITTLE WOMEN), Kevin Ligon (KISS ME, KATE, THE SECRET GARDEN), CJ Pawlikowski, Maureen Silliman (SHENANDOAH, I REMEMBER MAMA), Chelsea Stavis, Rachel Weintraub ('Saturday Night Live'), and Whitney Winfield(SHREK).
