Boomerang Theatre Company recently presented the development workshop of LOVELESS TEXAS, the new musical from Boomerang Associate Artistic Director Cailin Heffernan and composer Henry Aronson. Boomerang Theatre Company continues as producer on the project, following up on the 2010 industry reading at Playwrights Horizons' Peter Jay Sharp Theater.

Gingold Theatrical Group's Project Shaw, under the leadership of Artistic Director David Staller, continued its 11th Season with its 111th concert presentation with Shaw's comedy, THE MAN OF DESTINY, on Monday, February 15, at Symphony Space's Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre. Gingold Theatrical Group's Project Shaw, under the leadership of Artistic Director David Staller, continues its 11th Season when it presents its 111th concert presentation with Shaw's comedy, THE MAN OF DESTINY tonight, February 15 at 7pm, at Symphony Space's Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre (2537 Broadway at 95th Street).

Earlier this week, the cast of Broadway's ROCK OF AGES reunited at Highline Ballroom for DON'T BREAK UP THE BAND.  Presented by Showmance Productions, the evening featured ROCK OF AGES Broadway cast members from opening night to closing night, as well as band members from the show's fictional rock band, Arsenal. Directed by Matthew DiCarlo and with music direction by Henry Aronson, The concert included songs from bands like REO Speedwagon, STYX, Pat Benatar, Foreigner, Twisted Sister, Poison, Asia, Whitesnake and more! DON'T BREAK UP THE BAND: A ROCK OF AGES BROADWAY CAST REUNION CONCERT is set for tonight, January 25th, 2016, at Highline Ballroom in NYC. 

New Light Theater Project presents MONTE CRISTO, an innovative adaptation of the Alexandre Dumas classic, by Jared Reinmuth with direction by Cailin Heffernan.

New Light Theater Project (recently represented in New York with their acclaimed production of In The Soundless Awe) will present the New York City Premiere of Jared Reinmuth's MONTE CRISTO, an adaptation of Alexandre Dumas' 1844 classic adventure novel The Count of Monte Cristo. The production will be directed by award-winner Cailin Heffernan. Previews begin January 22 at Urban Stages with opening slated for January 28.

The PATH Fund's 22nd annual ROCKERS ON BROADWAY 80's REWIND was just held last night, honoring 80's Pop Princess, Debbie Gibson with the Rockers Lifetime Achievement Award and May Pang with the Rockers Ambassador of Rock Award. ROCKERS ON BROADWAY is a fun and unique charity concert that featured Broadway's best rockers performing the biggest hits in 80's Rock n' Roll. Proceeds from the evening benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BCEFA) and non-profit performing arts education programs.

On September 17th, most of the original cast of the Broadway musical Cry-Baby will reunite in concert at 54 Below. The 9:30pm & 11:30pm concerts will also serve to celebrate the upcoming cast recording of the show, featuring most of the original cast.
