A castcom for The Pirate Queen, the new musical by Boublil and Schonberg that opens on Broadway in the spring, will go live from Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre on Tuesday, September 12th

Cast members and creative team of The Pirate Queen, which opens in Chicago in October prior to moving to Broadway in late winter, recently gathered for a press meet and greet, and BroadwayWorld was there!

The new Boublil and Schonberg musical The Pirate Queen, starring Stephanie J. Block as the swashbuckling title character, will drop anchor at the Hilton Theatre for preview performances beginning February 23rd, 2007 and an opening night on March 22nd

Stephanie J. Block, the talented performer who will soon be appearing in concert at Birdland, dishes on her soon-to-be reign as The Pirate Queen, on her turn as Wicked's Elphaba, and on other favorite roles

Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schoenberg's THE PIRATE QUEEN, the spectacular new musical from the authors of Les Miserables and Miss Saigon, will play a pre-Broadway, World Premiere engagement in Chicago from October 3rd through November 26th, 2006.
