Broadway is in sight for the West End revival of GYPSY, starring Imelda Staunton. Following earlier reports of a transfer, The Daily Mail hints that the musical will come to New York in 2018.

Wilton's Music Hall today announces its exciting new season programme, which sees the world's oldest surviving grand music hall welcome a diverse range of work, shining a spotlight on live music and bespoke theatre productions. Highlights include Sadie Frost starring as Gypsy Rose Lee in world premiere BRITTEN IN BROOKLYN and musical FLOYD COLLINS, which tells the story of a 1920s Kentucky cave explorer.

Sound Theatre Company Continues 10th Season with THE LAST DAYS OF JUDAS ISCARIOT

Sound Theatre Company continues its tenth anniversary season with Stephen Adly Guirgis' expressionistic courtroom fantasy The Last Days of Judas Iscariot.  The Last Days of Judas Iscariot dramatizes a court case to decide the ultimate fate of Judas Iscariot which utilizes flashbacks, testimonials, and interrogations of such witnesses as Mother Teresa, Caiaphas, Saint Monica, Sigmund Freud, and Satan, among others.  The Last Days of Judas Iscariot is a hilarious, poignant, thought-provoking work by Pulitzer-prize winning playwright Stephen Adly Guirgis. Contains mature language.

Blue Horse Repertory's LEADING LADIES Set for Bridge Street Theatre, 5/28

?The Blue Horse Repertory Company present an evening of comedic readings of one-act plays and monologues for women called "Leading Ladies" at the Bridge Street Theatre in Catskill. Talley's Folly is the story of one night in the lives of two unlikely sweethearts, Matt Friedman and Sally Talley. The one-act play takes place in a dilapidated boathouse on the Talley farm in Missouri. It is the Fourth of July in 1944.
