La Jolla Playhouse announced today the complete casting and public on-sale date for its world-premiere musical Escape to Margaritaville, featuring the songs of legendary singer-songwriter-author Jimmy Buffett.

La Jolla Playhouse announces a collaboration with the acclaimed theatre group Ping Chong + Company to develop and present South of The 8, a brand-new, community-engaged piece, created with and performed by a group individuals living in neighborhoods south of the I-8. Producers Paul Blake and Mike Bosner, in conjunction with San Francisco's SHN (Greg Holland, Chief Executive Officer) announced principal casting today for the pre-Broadway engagement of ROMAN HOLIDAY - The Cole Porter Musical, the new musical premiering as part of SHN's 2017 Season this summer.

Lebanon Community Theatre will continue its 2017 season with the stage adaptation of an American literary classic, To Kill a Mockingbird, adapted by Christopher Sergel from Harper Lee's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel. Directed by Heidi Freeland-Trail, performances are scheduled for March 2-5 and March 9-12 at the theatre on Maple Street and Theatre Drive in Lebanon.
