On August 17, Edward Finstein, aka 'The Wine Doctor,' will be making an appearance at the Pillitteri Estates Winery, and later in the month (August 31st) at the Vineland Estates Winery, both in the Niagara area. The award winning author of 'Ask the Wine Doctor' has made his debut in fiction with the murder mystery title 'Pinot Envy.'

Richmond Shakespeare has announced the next show in its 2012-13 season, The Tempest by William Shakespeare. The show will run March 9 through March 30, with previews on March 7 and 8. Thursday - Saturday performances are at 7:30 p.m. Sunday matinees are at 3:00 p.m. All performances will be in the McVey Theatre at St. Catherine's School at 6001 Grove Avenue, Richmond, VA 23226.
