Ethan McSweeny directs a revival of his 2012-2013 STC production, which will run September 1-13 at Sidney Harman Hall (610 F Street NW).

Joining Denny will be two special guests: Celebrated pianist/composer/music director Yaron Gershovsky and popular singer Lisa Jason as the show's lead vocalist. Performances of Denny Dias & Friends will be at 8 pm and 10 pm each night. Dorset Theatre Festival will stage I Hate Hamlet, a hilarious play by Obie Award winning playwright and pre-eminent humorist Paul Rudnick. The production will be directed by Carl Andress and will run from August 20th to September 5th.

Dusty, a multi-media show celebrating the musical icon Dusty Springfield, is currently playing at London's Charing Cross Theatre, and according to the Stage, the show is experiencing some drama both on and offstage. The musical, which was originally slated to have a press night on June 3, has been in previews since May 25. In the coming weeks, five actors will have left the production due to 'unrest' and 'unhappiness.' An additional four dancers have been altogether removed from the production.
