Trevor Nunn Directs ALL THAT FALL, Starring Eileen Atkins & Michael Gambon at Jermyn Street, Now thru Nov 3

Jermyn Street Theatre-the smallest theatre in the heart of the West End-presents another major production for this autumn. Three giants of the British stage come together as Trevor Nunn directs Eileen Atkins and Michael Gambon in All That Fall, a radio play by Samuel Beckett. The work, which has never been seen in London before, continues and extends this small and intimate theatre's burgeoning reputation for attracting the very best talent in British theatre in order to rediscover and stage lesser-known works by major writers.

Luna Stage Opens VITA AND VIRGINIA Tonight, 10/5

Luna Stage opens its 20th anniversary season with the New Jersey premiere of Vita and Virginia, an intimate two-character play by Eileen Atkins, adapted from correspondence between friends, lovers and confidants, Virginia Woolf and Vita Sackville-West. Opening night is tonight, October 5th. The play runs through October 28th.

Jermyn Street Theatre Presents BOY MEETS BOY, Nov 21-Dec 20

Jermyn Street Theatre presents BOY MEETS BOY, a musical comedy with Music and Lyrics by Bill Solly and Book by Bill Solly and Donald Ward. The show will be directed by Gene David Kirk with musical director Stefan Bednarczyk, choreographer Lee Proud, designer Cherry Truluck and lighting designer Phil Hewitt. BOY MEETS BOY will play 21st November to 20th December with Press Night set for Tuesday, 27 November 2012 at 7.30pm.

Throughout 1936, the world's press and newsreels are abuzz with stories about the World's Most Eligible Bachelor; His Majesty King Edward VIII - By the Grace of God, King, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India, Titular Ruler of one quarter of the world, the King-Emperor is the most eligible man of his day. Dashingly handsome, he is linked romantically to many; his final choice precipitates a constitutional crisis. Mrs Wallis Warfield Simpson, an American divorcee, succeeds where all others have failed. While the United States reels from the Great Depression, Continental Europe is shadowed by the menace of Hitler and the National Socialist party as the storm clouds gather for the maelstrom to come. Meanwhile, society London exists in the twilight of empire, a hedonistic ballroom where party-goers dance away the last years of peace.

Three giants of the British stage come together as Trevor Nunn directs Eileen Atkins and Michael Gambon in All That Fall, a radio play by Samuel Beckett. The work, which has never been seen in London before, continues and extends this small and intimate theatre's burgeoning reputation for attracting the very best talent in British theatre in order to rediscover and stage lesser-known works by major writers. Jermyn Street's production of ALL THAT FALL will play 9th October - 3rd November, with press night set for 11th October at 7.30pm.

The Players Present A CONVERSATION WITH ZOE CALDWELL

ZOE CALDWELL has been entertaining audiences as a cold-hearted Upper East Side matron in David Adjmi's intimateElective Affinitives. Meanwhile she has been seen as an affectionate grandmother in Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, one of this year's Academy Award nominees for Best Picture. Caldwell has earned four Tony Awards, most recently as Maria Callas in Terrence McNally's Master Class. She has portrayed such heroines as Lady Macbeth and Medea, not to mention Lillian Hellman and Miss Jean Brodie, and she has worked with such legends as Dame Judith Anderson, Dame Edith Evans, Sir Tyrone Guthrie, Charles Laughton, and Paul Robeson. She has also directed stars such as Eileen Atkins, Glenda Jackson, James Earl Jones, Christopher Plummer, and Vanessa Redgrave. Caldwell is now writing a sequel to I Will Be Cleopatra, a memoir about her early years in Australia, and she'll share a few highlights from her most memorable encounters with Shakespeare with President of the Shakespeare Guild, JOHN ANDREWS, OBE. and answer questions from the audience.

Jennifer Tilly, Melora Hardin & More Lead Roundabout's DON'T DRESS FOR DINNER this Spring; John Tillinger Helms

Roundabout Theatre Company in association with Damian Arnold, has announced casting for the Broadway premiere of Marc Camoletti's classic farce Don't Dress For Dinner, starring Ben Daniels as "Robert," Melora Hardin as "Jacqueline," Adam James as "Bernard" and Jennifer Tilly as "Suzanne" with Spencer Kayden as "Suzette." Don't Dress For Dinner is adapted by Robin Hawdon and directed by John Tillinger.

Roundabout Theatre Company to Bring DON'T DRESS FOR DINNER to Broadway in April 2012; John Tillinger to Direct

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director), in association with Damian Arnold, is pleased to announce the Broadway premiere of Marc Camoletti's classic farce Don't Dress For Dinner, adapted by Robin Hawdon, directed by John Tillinger. The cast will be announced soon. Don't Dress For Dinner will begin previews on March 30 and open officially on April 26, 2012 at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway (227 West 42nd Street). This will be a limited engagement through June 17, 2012.
