The Second Annual Broadway Meows: a Benefit Concert for the Humane Society of New York will be presented at Don't Tell Mama, one night only, Monday, July 19th at 7pm. The evening will feature the songs of composer/ lyricist Seth Bisen-Hersh. Bisen-Hersh will be joined on stage by a stellar cast including Brian Childers (Helen Hayes Award Winner, Danny & Sylvia), Sean Patrick Doyle (La Cage aux Folles), Bryan Fenkart (Memphis), Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys), Kimberly Faye Greenberg (Danny & Sylvia), Autumn Hurlburt (Legally Blonde), Lara Janine (Rock of Ages), Brianne Moore (The Visit), Brooke Sunny Moriber (The Wild Party), Olivia Oguma (Mamma Mia), Mary Orzano, Kate Rockwell (Hair), Brian Charles Rooney (The Threepenny Opera), Brandon Ruckdashel (Co-Ed Confidential), Kevin Vortmann (A Little Night Music), Correy West (South Pacific) and Kristen Beth Williams (Promises, Promises). The concert will be produced by Dennis Fowler, directed by Laura Pestronk, choreographed by Erin Porvaznika and stage managed by Livia Hill.
The decadent world of 1930s Berlin comes to life in Kelrik's production of CABARET, the Tony Award-winning musical masterpiece that embodies the issues and events Europe was facing at that time. The story, based loosely on the reminiscences of Christopher Isherwood in Berlin Stories and John Van Druten's play I Am a Camera, centers on an American writer, Clifford Bradshaw (Garrett Marshall), and Sally Bowles (Heather Malcolm), an English singer and dancer at the Kit Kat Klub. Bradshaw and Bowles fall in love and quickly become caught up in Germany's pre-war social and political turmoil.
The next four dates for Show Off! will be Friday 28 May 2010, Friday 11 June 2010, Friday 25 June 2010 and Friday 9 July 2010. All will take place at Cafe Koha in Covent Garden.

In celebration of the highly anticipated BROADWAY BARES: STRIP-OPOLY on Sunday, June 20, series creator Jerry Mitchell was the featured guest on Seth's Broadway Chatterbox on Thursday, June 17th, at 6:00 PM.
While there, Mitchell talked about all of his current slate of projects. Among them, Mitchell has just redone the opening number of LOVE NEVER DIES, featuring bearded ladies and other 'freaks' with a new song while making other trims throughout the show.
The highly-anticipated CATCH ME IF YOU CAN will have a reading next week with 'amazing' new material and the same leads that played the show from Seattle (Kerry Butler, Norbert Leo Butz, Aaoron Tveit and Tom Wopat). The chorus has been expanded from 4 girls to 10 amongst other changes. The show is prepping for January rehearsals for a Broadway bow.
Mitchell also just directed a reading of BALLROOM with Tyne Daly that he is directing and developing for a hopeful 2011 production.
