American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) has announced its inaugural Conservatory Awards, which will annually recognize and honor A.C.T.'s award-winning actor training program's outstanding alumni and pay tribute to donors who have provided significant support to the M.F.A. Scholarship Fund.

Multitalented actor Liev Schreiber has been cast in the title role in the SHOWTIME pilot RAY DONOVAN, a drama set in Hollywood, California. Production will begin in Los Angeles in early 2012. RAY DONOVAN is a SHOWTIME production and is created by Southland creator Ann Biderman. Biderman, Mark Gordon and Bryan Zuriff will executive produce.

Adapted and originally directed for the stage by Michael Wilson, and now directed by Hartford Stage resident director Maxwell Williams, Dickens' timeless inspiring masterpiece runs from November 25 through December 30, 2011.

SAFE HOUSE is coming to theaters on February 10, 2012 from Universal Pictures. The action thriller is directed by Daniel Espinosa and written by David Guggenheim. The cast includes Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington.

In cooperation with the Broadway Green Alliance (BGA), LG Electronics donated new ultra energy efficient laundry pairs - among the most energy efficient on the market - to all 45 Broadway theaters. Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark cast member Patrick Page who plays super villain, Green Goblin, accepted the donated laundry pair on behalf of the Foxwoods Theater.
