Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy has made his first public comments on the sudden and tragic death of cast member Cory Monteith from an overdose. Murphy told Deadline.com that, after discussing next steps with Monteith's girlfriend and co-star Lea Michele as well as the rest of the team, GLEE's cast and crew will be returning to work next month.
In light of the tragic passing of beloved GLEE cast member Cory Monteith, the series' executive producers, 20th Century Fox Television and Fox Broadcasting Company have jointly decided to delay the start of production of GLEE until early August. Season Five of GLEE will now premiere on Thursday, Sept. 26 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX, rather than its orginal debut date of Sept. 19. No further details are available at this time.

'Edge of Tomorrow' has been announced as the title of the upcoming sci-fi thriller starring Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt, directed by Doug Liman and based on the book All You Need is Kill. The movie, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures, is set for release on June 6, 2014, and the first look at footage from the film will be unveiled by the Studio at this year's International Comic-Con: San Diego on Saturday, July 20. The announcement was made today by Sue Kroll, President, Worldwide Marketing and International Distribution, Warner Bros. Pictures.

From June 10 to 20, Kairos Italy Theater (KIT) presented the 'In Scena! Italian Theater Festival' NY, the first Italian theater festival to take place annually in all five New York City boroughs and beyond. Laura Caparrotti, Artistic Director of KIT and Founding Director of the Festival, reports that attendance was about 800 people throughout this two-week celebration of Italian theater, which was held in intimate venues in all five boroughs.
