According to ERC Box Office, Christopher Nolan's THE DARK KNIGHT RISES has become only the third movie of 2012 to surpass the $300 million mark domestically. Having earned $8.7 million yesterday, its 12th day in theaters, the third and final Batman installment has reached $304 million domestically.

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, the third and final installment of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, earned $64.1 million in its second week, making it the highest-grossing film for the second week in a row at the weekend box office.
