Burning Coal Presents Staged Reading of THE RIVER NUN, 10/4

Burning Coal will present a staged reading of Chris Cragin's new play, THE RIVER NUN, directed by Tea Alagic, on Monday, October 4, 2010 at 7 pm. The reading will be held at Burning Coal Theatre at the Murphey School (NOTE VENUE NAME CHANGE), 224 Polk Street, Raleigh, NC. Admission is FREE with suggested $5 donation at the door. Inception Star Makes NY Stage Debut in THE AWESOME DANCE 9/2-26

Speranza Theatre Company invites you to World Premiere of THE AWESOME DANCE by Nick Starr. The production, directed by Malinda Sorci, marks the NY stage debut of Dileep Rao (Inception, Avatar, Drag Me To Hell). Performances run September 2 - 26 at The Cherry Pit is located at 155 Bank Street between West & Washington Streets.

ANGELS IN AMERICA Extends Again Thru Feb. 20, 2011

Due to overwhelming demand, Signature Theatre Company (Founding Artistic Director James Houghton; Executive Director Erika Mallin) is pleased to announce a second extension for the first New York revival of Tony Kushner's ANGELS IN AMERICA: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes, directed by Michael Greif. The production, originally slated to run through December 19, 2010 and extended once through January 30, 2011, will now play an additional three weeks through Sunday, February 20, 2011.

The new play by Luigi Creatore will officially open on Monday, August 30th for a limited engagement through October 10th.
