In the month of June, New York City will experience a groundbreaking theatrical event. Woodie King, Jr.'s New Federal Theatre, in association with the Castillo Theatre on West 42nd Street and Harlem's National Black Theatre on 125th Street, will present 25 plays by the greatest Black playwrights of all time.

All Stars Hip-Hop Cabaret Opens at the Castillo Theatre 6/11-26

The All Stars Hip-Hop Cabaret opens its eighth season on Friday, June 11 and runs through June 26. Co-directed by Antoine 'RL' Joyce and Dan 'Dr. Dan' Friedman, the All Stars Hip-Hop Cabaret combines the tradition of European avant-garde theatre with American hip hop and creates a new kind of performance. Shows are at the Castillo Theatre, 543 West 42nd Street (between 10th & 11th Avenue).

NBC Announces 2010-11 Primetime Schedule

The new Fall Schedule features all-drama lineups on Mondays and Wednesdays, and all comedies on Thursdays, plus unscripted programming into compatible dramas on Tuesdays and Fridays. The high-quality series include new comedies such as 'Outsourced,' Love Bites,' 'Perfect Couples,' 'Friends With Benefits' and 'The Paul Reiser Show.' The new dramas are 'The Cape,' 'Harry's Law,' 'Outlaw,' 'Undercovers,' 'The Event,' 'Chase' and 'Law & Order: Los Angeles.'
