Voting for the BroadwayWorld Cabaret Awards is open! The BWW Cabaret Awards honor exemplary performers and productions in New York from November 1, 2017 to October 31, 2018. Nominees in all categories excluding Special Event - Solo and Special Event - Multiple needed to have performed all or the majority of their shows (at least two of three shows) during this eligibility period.

Birdland Theater is proud to present singer Carole J. Bufford in 'All By Myself' last night and tonight, November 12 and 13 at 7pm.  Carole J. Bufford returns to the Birdland stage with a concert featuring songs from her first solo album, 'All By Myself.'

BJ RYAN'S MAGNOLIA ROOM presents Carole J Bufford in You Don't Own Me: The Fearless Females of 1960s and 1970s on October 26th at 8PM.   After selling out shows across the US and in London, Carole J. Bufford brings her show: You Don't Own Me: The Fearless Females of the 1960s and 1970s, to Norwalk, Connecticut's newest cabaret room.

The Mabel Mercer Foundation put itself in a tricky spot to start this year's New York Cabaret Convention: how do you define what cabaret today looks like?

For three decades, the unofficial launch of 'autumn in New York' has been marked by the annual Cabaret Convention of The Mabel Mercer Foundation. This year, their four individual concerts will once again be presented at 6 p.m. at the Rose Theater, Jazz at Lincoln Center, beginning Today, October 9thand running through Friday, October 12th. More than seventy diverse vocalists -- ranging in age from seventeen to ninety -- are scheduled to entertain; thirteen of these will make their New York Cabaret Convention debuts during the 2018 performances.

Chris Isaacson Presents announced today that acclaimed recording artists, actors, and songwriters Will & Anthony Nunziata will bring their show From Broadway to Italy to Upstairs at Vitello's in Studio City on Sunday, September 30, at 7:30 and to Martinis Above Fourth in San Diego today, October 3, at 8pm. Michael Orland is music director.

An Evening with Tony Award Nominee Andrea McArdle is set for Upstairs at Vitello's in Studio City on Thursday, October 11, at 7:30, The Purple Room in Palm Springs on Friday, October 12, at 8pm, and for Martinis Above Fourth in San Diego on Saturday, October 13, at 7pm, it was announced today by Chris Isaacson Presents.

New York City cabaret favorite Carole J. Bufford will be performing her show Come Together: When the 1960s Met the 1970s at Martinis Above Fourth in San Diego on September 20, The Purple Room in Palm Springs on September 22, and Upstairs at Vitello's in Studio City on September 23, it was announced today by Chris Isaacson Presents.

Continuing at Cape May Stage is Chapter Two by Neil Simon. This charming romantic comedy opened on June 27th and runs through August 3rd. Set in Manhattan in the 1970s, Chapter Two tells the story of successful writer George Schneider, who is mourning the recent death of his beloved wife when he meets a bright, vivacious actress. George is eager to rush into another marriage following a whirlwind courtship, but the memories of his wife threaten to ruin his second chance for happiness. This witty romance deals with more than love and grief, but what it means to have a fresh start and a new lease on life.
