Legendary singer and actor Theodore Bikel will celebrate a rich career devoted to art and activism with a star-studded 85th birthday benefit concert at Carnegie Hall on Monday, June 15, 2009.

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center will present its annual Monte Cristo Award to Pulitzer Prize and triple Tony Award-winning playwright Neil Simon, in recognition of his distinguished accomplishments and contributions to the American theater, exemplifying Eugene O'Neill's standard of excellence. The Award will be presented to Mr. Simon at a gala dinner in the Rainbow Room's Pegasus Suite on Monday, April 21st at 6:30 p.m.

Having moved gracefully through the moral shadowlands of John Patrick Shanley's Pulitzer Prize-winning play Doubt, acclaimed actress Adriane Lenox now finds herself in a lighter realm - that of Noel Coward's hilarious classic Blithe Spirit, which plays the Williamstown Theatre Festival from July 18th through 29th.
