The Madison Square Garden Company announced today the unprecedented 60th consecutive show by legendary musician and MSG franchise Billy Joel on Thursday, January 24, 2019. The January show is part of Joel's residency at The World's Most Famous Arena which began in January 2014 with him playing one show per month at The Garden. The January 2019 show will be Joel's 106th all-time performance at The Garden.

The Muse Project, in association with The Tank, presents Musings: a collection of Mini Muse presentations at The Flea Theater as a part of their Anchor Partnership. Musings runs from Monday, October 15th - Sunday October, 21st at The Flea's new home at 20 Thomas Street in Tribeca.

The Muse Project, in association with The Tank, will present Musings: a collection of Mini Muse presentations at The Flea Theater as a part of their Anchor Partnership. The Muse Project gives women performers the time, space, and opportunity to experiment with and explore their fantasy projects. Musings will showcase the exciting, fresh, paradigm-shifting storytelling that 5 of New York's leading stage actresses have developed through intensive workshops, called Mini Muses. The week will culminate in a party on October 19th, the 'Mini Gala' - a wine and cheese event to celebrate the week's presentations; and 'Tea Time,' a one-of-a-kind Muse pilot program, where a veteran stage actress discusses her experiences building her career. Actress Florencia Lozano is set to partake as the Tea Time guest.

The Madison Square Garden Company (NYSE: MSG) announced today a brand-new All Access Tour that will offer guests an enhanced, behind-the-scenes look at The World's Most Famous Arena. With the newly transformed tour, guests will have access to a variety of brand-new interactive features, including a state-of-the-art virtual reality experience that takes them through the transition of The Garden from a basketball court to a hockey rink to a concert setup. Beginning on October 15, the 75-minute tour will be open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tickets for the new All Access Tour are on sale now.

Cortland Repertory Theatre Downtown is proud to present the return of "Billy Joel's Piano Man" WADE PRESTON in a new concert entitled Son, Let Me Play You a Memory.  This highly entertaining show performed by this incredible Broadway singer/pianist will be held on Saturday, October 13 at 7:30 PM at CRT Downtown, 24 Port Watson Street, Cortland.  This is Preston's second concert at CRT Downtown, having performed in October of 2017 and is back by popular demand. Legendary American singer, songwriter, and performer Don McLean recently signed a third extension to his ongoing administration deal with Universal Music Publishing Group, worth $4.5 Million. McLean, whose relationship with UMPG goes back to 1990, had this to say on the deal, 'Universal has done a great job at getting my songs in movies and TV shows, and they are a first class, worldwide organization.”

Cleveland Play House (CPH) brings to life Lynn Nottage's complex story of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Rust Belt drama Sweat.  Set in Reading, PA, this relevant story offers audience members suspense through its intricate portrayal of characters battling to survive in a city crippled by economic stagnation. CPH Artistic Director Laura Kepley will direct. Previews begin on October 13th, with press opening on October 19th at the Outcalt Theatre in Playhouse Square. This production is sponsored by Great Lakes Brewing Company.

This Fall Live @ Benaroya Hall demonstrates its commitment to supporting emerging artists with a series of four artists on the rise: Royal, Springs, Beving and Micarelli.
