Broadway star Andrew Samonsky (South Pacific, Scandalous, The Mystery of Edwin Drood and Paper Mill's The Hunchback of Notre Dame), returns to his hometown on Sunday, May 3, for a special one-night-only cabaret performance to benefit Rubicon Theatre, Ventura County's premier not-for-profit professional theatre company.

This just in! It's just been announced that DMI Records (Tena Clark, Founder and CEO; Kevin Gore, President and COO) will produce the new Broadway Cast Recording of Gigi, the Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe Oscar® and Tony Award-winning musical comedy. The recording will be produced and engineered by six-time Grammy Award winner Frank Filipetti. The cast of Gigi will go into the studio tomorrow, Sunday, March 22 to record the album, which is slated for a June release.

Emerging as a pop diva in the 1970s, Maureen McGovern has been somewhere on the scene for decades. She still has a powerful, well-honed instrument, sufficient to perform confident acapella. However, It's difficult to tell from her new 54 Below show, Sing, My Sisters, Sing! Celebrating Women Singer/Songwriters, whether the artist's range has vastly diminished or arrangements and rhythms, often unsympathetic to original tunes, are so similar as to make an otherwise diverse selection of songs homogeneous.

John Michael Coppola, who appeared in Chicago's smash hit production of JERSEY BOYS, will headline A JERSEY VOICE: Sinatra to Springsteen…and Everyone in Between on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 7:30 pm at Metropolis Performing Arts Centre, 111 W. Campbell St. in Arlington Heights. The one night only concert event will also star THE FOUR C NOTES, the Midwest's only Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons tribute group. N'Kenge (Motown: The Musical, Sondheim on Sondheim) returns to Ottawa Symphony Orchestra in a brand new concert with Pops Conductor Jack Everly performing CLASSIC FM: RADIO HITS FROM THE DECADES. The Orchestra will take audiences on a musical journey through four decades of hits up and down the FM dial - from Elton John and Billy Joel to Aretha Franklin, Chicago and more at the National Arts Centre Southam Hall.
