Piven Theatre Workshop closes its 2009-10 season with the Chicago premiere of Late: A Cowboy Song, written by Sarah Ruhl, directed by Jessica Thebus and featuring Polly Noonan. The production will run July 24 - August 29, 2010 at Piven Theatre Workshop, 927 Noyes Street. Press opening is Monday, July 26, 2010 at 7:30PM.

Hamingson) presented a one-night-only benefit reading of Ariel Dorfman's play SPEAK TRUTH TO POWER: Voices From Beyond The Dark, adapted from Kerry Kennedy's book of the same name. John Karjte, Chaplain and Director of the Sheil Catholic Center at Northwestern University; a special performance of 'Raining Season' by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's Teen Committee on Conscience; and Hannah Senesch's song 'Eili, Eili' led by David Y. Chack, President of the Association for Jewish Theatre.
