The Edinburgh International Festival opened last night with The Harmonium Project, a free outdoor animated performance that lit up the city's key concert hall, to celebrate 50 years of the Edinburgh Festival Chorus. Approximately 19,500 watched a series of projected artworks, designed by 59 Productions, on the Usher Hall whilst listening to John Adams' mesmerising choral work Harmonium. Alan Cumming came to see Darren Criss take his final bow in HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH on Broadway this afternoon. Following the show, Cumming took a selfie with Criss in the GLEE star's dressing room. Cumming tweeted, (@Alancumming) 'Just saw @DarrenCriss rock it again in @HedwigOnBway. Bravo wee D, bravo!!' GLEE's Harry Shum Jr. went to see fellow GLEE alum Darren Criss perform in HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH during his last weekend playing the title role on Broadway. Shum took to Instagram to share a pic of the friends' reunion. Check out the photo of the GLEE guys below!

The Kimmel Center is proud to be one of the co-producers of An American in Paris, which won four honors at Sunday's 69th Annual Tony Awards. The popular Broadway stage adaptation was co-produced by the Kimmel Center as part of Elephant Eye Theatrical and the production consortium Five Cent Productions.
