Tobyus Green BIO

A native of Memphis, Tn., graduated from Tennessee State University. Obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with a minor in Speech Communication and Theatre. His latest stage work includes, but not limited to; How To Marry The Bank, In God's Hands, In-A-Me, Bikini Beach Bacchae, and Darkside of the Moon. His latest film work include, but not limited to; "Masterminds", "The Man in the Pyjamas", "Generational Curses", and "Morgan." these are just a few of the things Tobyus have been working on. The best is yet to come! Stay tuned! Every production is dedicated to his late father, James Louis Davis (1949-2010).

Following the reversal of their convictions and their release from prison, six Death Row inmates tell their harrowing stories in their own words in the drama, The Exonerated by Jessica Blank and Erik Jenson. The play will be performed at Nashville's Christ Church Cathedral's Cheek Hall in six performances October 7-9 and 14-16 as the kick-off to the seventh season of the Sacred Space for the City Arts Series.

More than 100 theatre professionals gathered Monday night, August 24, for the kick-off event for the fourth annual Shades of Black Theatre Festival. Nashville's Darkhorse Theatre, 4610 Charlotte Avenue, was the site for the Festival Mixer which opens the month-long event.
