Scott Denny is a New York City based actor and the Co-Editor of Theatre World, the the ultimate reference guide for complete, authoritative information for all venues from Broadway to regional theatre. His past credits include the national tours of The Music Man, Footloose, and 1776, and the Las Vegas production of Footloose. He has appeared in the Irish Repertory Theatre benefit concerts of Brigadoon, Camelot, and Oliver at the Shubert Theatre, Like You Like It at the York Theatre, the New York Theatre Barn's production of Speargrove Presents, Election Day the Musical at American Theatre of Actors, as well as workshops of The Teddy Bear Habit and Vanity Fair. Regional productions include Paper Moon and Silver Dollar at Stage One in Wichita, Kansas (regional premieres, Evita and The Wizard of Oz at Houston's Theatre Under the Stars, A Little Night Music and The Odd Couple at Wichita Center for the Arts, and at numerous dinner theatres including Beef and Boards, Broadway Palm, Dutch Apple, Circa 21, Fireside, Musicana, and Crown Uptown. Summer stock appearances include 6 summers at the Galveston Island Outdoor Musicals and the Red Barn Theatre in Michigan. He is originally from Terre Haute, Indiana and holds a BFA in Performing Arts from Western Kentucky University.
